Los Angeles lakers

The Los Angeles lakers is a team in the NBA. They were known as the Minneapolis lakers in 1947-1960. They play in staples center. Their jersey colors are purple, white, and yellow. Yellow is for home, purple is for away, and white is for alternate. The lakers head coach is Byron Scott, the team manager is  Mitch Kupchak, and their president is  Jeanie Buss. The lakers have won 16 championships, they have 31 conference titles , and 23 division titles. This year the lakers got the 2nd pick in the 2015-2016 draft, which is D'angelo Russell. Russell will most likely succeed in the NBA since he was the 2nd pick in the whole draft. The lakers have had many legends and Hall of Famers on the team, such as Jerry West, Kareem Abdul Jabar, Shaquille O'neal, Wilt Chamberlin, James Worthy, and last but not least kobe Bryant. The Lakers hold the record for longest winning streak, which is 33 games. Now the Lakers are looking forward to winning the 2015-2016 NBA championship.
